- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and dining area
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in kitchen or stockroom tasks when necessary
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform light lifting
