- Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting low stock levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
