Kitchen Crew
A Kitchen Crew member supports the kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in cooking and food preparation to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in food preparation, such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Cook and plate dishes according to kitchen standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor food storage and ensure proper handling of ingredients.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and work for extended periods.
