Role : Enrollment Representative Work Arrangement : Work from Office Location : Philippines - Cebu Schedule : Night shift Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Enrollment Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all client files are thoroughly reviewed and meet our quality standards before enrolling them into our services. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- File Review: Conduct thorough reviews of client files to verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure all client
- Documentation is complete and accurate before enrollment.
- Data Verification: Validate and cross-check client information and documents for consistency and correctness.
- Communication: Communicate with Marketing Specialists to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies in their files.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the enrollment team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
- Experience: Previous experience in enrollment, quality assurance, or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 2+ years of experience in back office or support roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data accuracy
