We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support through phone, email, or chat. Answer customer inquiries in a professional manner
Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly

Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Escalate complex concerns when necessary

Job Qualifications

Qualifications
At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Customer-oriented and adaptable
With or without BPO experience
