Position: GA Staff – Accounts Payable
Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree holder
Work Experience: Experience in AP/GL Accounting for at least 1 year
WORK SET-UP: Hybrid Setup (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)
Working Schedule: Mon-Fri
Salary: Php18,000-above
Company Benefits: HMO, Life Insurance, Medical allowance
Recruitment Process/Steps: 3 interviews, 2 assessments
Job Duties:
- Manages vendor invoices, payment processing, and administrative tasks.
- Support the finance department.
- Responsible for verifying invoice accuracy.
- Ensuring prompt payments to suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
