Accounting Specialist

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Accounting Functions:

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and financial documents.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper bookkeeping procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounting records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process billing statements, invoices, official receipts, and collection monitoring.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closing activities.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents and financial records.

Payroll and Financial Administration Support:

• Provide assistance in payroll-related accounting entries and payroll reconciliation.
• Validate payroll summaries and related accounting transactions.
• Monitor employee reimbursements, allowances, and liquidation reports.
• Assist in monitoring company operational expenses and budget utilization.

Government Compliance and Tax Administration:

• Prepare and process tax-related requirements when necessary.
• Monitor compliance with government statutory requirements including BIR and other applicable government agencies.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of financial and compliance-related reports.
• Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Financial Reporting and Monitoring:

• Prepare financial reports and management reports as required.
• Generate accounting analysis and financial summaries.
• Monitor outstanding balances and coordinate payment follow-ups when necessary.
• Support audit activities and provide required financial documentation.

Multi-Company Accounting Support:

• Handle accounting responsibilities for both G2G Manpower Consultants, Inc. and ERRX Recruitment Consulting .
• Ensure proper allocation, monitoring, and recording of transactions per company entity.
• Maintain separate financial documentation and accounting records for each organization.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial
• Concerns and operational accounting requirements of both companies.

Other Duties:

• Assist management on finance and accounting projects.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.
