Position: Mandarin Logistics Assistant head Company Industry: Biggest Logistics Company Work Location: Guiguinto, Bulacan Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Saturday) Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Open to a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Import/Export Operations, or a related course.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Having an experience in E-Commerce or the Logistics industry is an advantage.
- Atleast 1 year of work experience in a logistics operations, Ecommerce or a similar field.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Prepare and issue project memoranda related to the branch assessments.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding the status of Area Managers, including resignations, newly promoted employees, and replacements.
- Set and monitor targets for special projects and ensure their timely implementation and completion.
- Arrange and coordinate branch audits for the Network Management Department (NMD).
