- The Medical Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative duties, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role is essential in maintaining smooth workflows and providing excellent customer service within the healthcare setting.
- Patient Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring appropriate time slots and provider availability.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain and update patient records, both paper and electronic, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and compliance with legal regulations.
- Billing and Coding: Assist with medical billing and coding for insurance claims, processing payments, and resolving billing inquiries.
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
- -good with customer service is an edge
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
