Purchasers and Canvassers

- Approach potential customers in person or over the phone to promote products, services, or campaigns.
- Provide detailed information about the product, service, or cause being promoted.
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Collect customer information, including contact details and feedback, for follow-up.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales or outreach targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company or organization positively.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, or sign-ups.
- Report progress and feedback to supervisors to improve canvassing strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle rejection.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods if canvassing door-to-door.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours, depending on campaign needs.
- Positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
