- Greet customers and assist them with ticket purchases and inquiries.
- Process ticket transactions accurately using cash, credit, and digital payment methods.
- Issue tickets, receipts, and refunds according to company policies.
- Provide information on ticket prices, schedules, and promotions.
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer details.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure a clean and organized ticketing counter.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous cashier or ticketing experience (advantageous).
- Proficiency in using POS systems and ticketing software.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and long queues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
