The Brand Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tarlac. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing initiatives that strengthen Go Traktora’s presence in the agricultural machinery market.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing brand campaigns, coordinating marketing activities across different channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and touchpoints. The Brand Marketing Specialist will also analyze market trends, monitor competitor branding, support brand development projects, and collaborate with sales and product teams to align brand strategies with business objectives.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, adaptable, and eager to learn . The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, is comfortable working with different teams, and is willing to learn about the agricultural machinery industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a strong interest in brand marketing and marketing communications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Brand Marketing and Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Brand Management and Brand Development to grow and maintain a strong brand presence.
• Knowledge of Branding and the ability to create consistent and engaging brand identity across different touchpoints.
• Experience in agricultural, industrial, machinery, or related sectors is an advantage but not required .
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into practical marketing and brand strategies.
• Proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and willing to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative .
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tarlac .
