HR Recruitment ( The Generics Pharmacy )
Description - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales skills and experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in using applicant tracking systems and managing candidate databases.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
