HR Digitization Head (Digital Transformation) - Hybrid

Role Overview The Head of HR Digitization leads complex change and digital transformation programs within the HR function. This role anticipates people and technology trends, including the growing impact of AI, and translates them into actionable HR strategies. It spearheads improvements in HR processes and systems to enhance both HR effectiveness and overall organizational performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of HR digitalization programs; explore and integrate AI-powered solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify market trends and translate them into HR process and system enhancements.
• Manage all aspects of the HR project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and budget control.
• Ensure HR transformation projects are aligned to organizational goals and deliver measurable business impact.
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR function.

• At least 15 yrs relevant experience, preferably at the Director or senior leadership level.
• Proven experience in HR transformation, HR systems implementation, and process improvement is required.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex HR initiatives is required.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR (talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement tools).
• Ability to anticipate HR and technology trends and translate them into actionable strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering, coaching, or AI/Python tools in HR is an advantage.
