HR Strategy & Analytics Head - Hybrid

Role Overview: The Head of HR Strategy and Analytics leads strategic planning, workforce analytics, financial planning, policy management, and executive reporting for the HR function. This role provides data-driven insights that enable informed business decisions, oversees HR budgeting and workforce planning, and drives predictive analytics to support organizational growth. It serves as the strategic intelligence lead for HR, partnering closely with the Head of HR Digitization on systems, technology, and data governance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce analytics, planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Oversee HR budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.
- Manage HR policies, labor law compliance, and vendor governance.
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports on workforce and financial performance.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce trends, talent risks, and strategic HR priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and HR Analytics, preferably at the Director or senior leadership level. (HR strategy, workforce planning, analytics, finance, organizational development, or related disciplines.)
- With experience working in a big organization (at least 15K workforce).
- Strong experience in workforce analytics, budgeting, financial planning, and executive reporting.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, organizational design, HR metrics, financial analysis, and Philippine labor laws.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
- Proven experience leading Total Rewards and HR Analytics functions at a senior level.Total Rewards and HR Analytics functions at a senior leadership level.
