The Aristocrat Restaurant (Roxas Food Ventures)
- Oversee daily operations of the shift to ensure smooth running of the establishment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Document daily sales and operational reports for management review.
- Foster a cooperative team environment to enhance productivity and morale.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Inventory Management, with strong Computer Literacy.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong Work Ethic and a Team Player.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.
