Position: Vietnamese Customer Care Senior Associate
Industry: Customer Service / Contact Center / BPO
Salary: Php 95,000
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work Setup: Hybrid setup

Requirements of the job:
- Vietnamese national currently living in the Philippines
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken, written, reading)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 years of experience in customer service/support (preferably international contact center)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Responsibilities of the job:
- Resolve customer issues digitally with professionalism
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle inquiries across multiple digital platforms
- Provide accurate and timely responses
- Collaborate with the team and escalate when needed
- Maintain clear records of interactions
- Follow company policies in all customer dealings
