Description - Assist community members in developing and managing enterprise initiatives
- Conduct field surveys to identify local business opportunities
- Support the evaluation of credit applications and manage risk assessments
- Facilitate training sessions on asset management and loan verification
- Provide guidance on effective credit analysis and collection techniques
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School, College Level, Bachelors Degree
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Risk Assessment, Risk Management, Asset Management, Loan Verification, Field Work, Credit Investigation, Credit Analysis, Collection
- Responsibilities and Duties: A strong ability to engage with community members and understand their enterprise needs
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
