About the role
We Hope Medical Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pharmacist for our MALOLOS CHEMOTHERAPY CENTER. As a pharmacist in a chemotherapy setting, you will ensure the safe and effective use of highly potent medications, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and safety standards within our center.
Key responsibilities
- Review, prepare, compound, and dispense chemotherapy and supportive medications
- Verify chemotherapy orders for correctness, dosage accuracy, and drug compatibility
- Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and disposal of cytotoxic agents
- Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients
- Monitor medication inventory to prevent shortages and expirations
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
About you
- Licensed Pharmacist (PRC License required)
- Graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in drug dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Detail-oriented with strong patient safety awareness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be currently residing in MALOLOS
