Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further education in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
- Experience Level: 5-8 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing environments.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Working Conditions: May involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client demands.
