We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Rider to join our logistics/delivery team. The Delivery Rider will be responsible for safely delivering parcels to customers in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver items to customers based on assigned routes or delivery requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Verify delivery information, such as addresses and contact numbers.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Collect payments when required and provide receipts.
- Maintain delivery logs and reports.
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Report accidents, delays, or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
Job Requirements
- owned or borrowed motorcycle
- updated OR/CR
- at least non-pro driver's license
- Can start asap.
