Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transport and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service
- Track and evaluate delivery performance, identifying and resolving operational issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards in all warehouse and transport processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in courier, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dispatch operations and route planning (NCR and nearby areas is an advantage)
