Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in customer service roles, preferably in financial or travel industries.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to meet performance metrics and assist in training new hires.
