Description - Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in the financial and healthcare sectors.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and transaction processing in an efficient and professional manner.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and financial institutions to resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in team initiatives to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; further education in related fields is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial or healthcare environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and achieve individual and team targets.
