Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding travel arrangements and bookings.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with travel-related issues, including itinerary changes and cancellations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers to optimize pricing and availability for customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in customer service or travel industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using travel booking software and CRM systems
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
