The Talent Acquisition Associate (Project-Based) will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Corporate Hiring. The main role of the Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external and internal requirements
Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree
At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume/corporate/technical hiring) in a BPO/call center setting; with experience focusing on BPO support and leadership positions preferred
Familiarity with recruitment processes, employment laws, and hiring best practices.
Ability to identify and attract passive and active candidates; creativity in finding talent through multiple channels.
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
Knowledgeable in using ATS (quick-learner), Excel/Sheets, and must be quick to adjust to the changing needs of the business; uses recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring outcomes.
Understanding of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness among others
Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers; effectively manages expectations and provides consultative guidance.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work on a mid shift to night shift schedule
Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup
