- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and profile specifications.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization's brand.
- Experience Level: 0–1 year of relevant recruitment experience
