Role Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our BFSI team in Rockwell, Pasig. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and career starters looking to build a career in the financial services industry. No call center experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via assigned communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Open to freshers; no call center experience required.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
- Must possess at least a B2 level of English proficiency.
- Willing to work onsite in Rockwell, Pasig.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
