Recruitment Assistant

We seek a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Job Summary: The Recruitment Assistant will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Write and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.

Ensure job ads are engaging and clearly outline the role, requirements, and benefits.

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.

Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.

Assist in the decision-making process by providing detailed candidate assessments and recommendations.

Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary resources and information.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

With 2 -3 years experience as a Recruitment Assistant or Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and qualifications effectively.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Personal Attributes:

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
