Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Administration
Strong experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes
Hands-on experience in employee onboarding and offboarding
Background in HR administrative tasks, including employee records management and employee support
Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage (eg. TeamTailor)
Experience supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
Willing to undergo Night shift training in BGC before transitioning to Eastwood

Manage end-to-end recruitment , ensuring timely hiring and smooth onboarding processes
Implement effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and referral channels
Conduct CV screening, interviews, and background checks for qualified candidates
Analyze and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation
Conduct client meetings to align hiring requirements and expectations
Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hiring needs align with business goals
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Process salary adjustments and new hire enrollments
Support employee offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance processing
Implement employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture
Monitor engagement feedback and participation, and recommend improvements
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
