Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality, or Fine Arts.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven success in business development or account management within luxury real estate, fine art, haute horology, premium hospitality, or private banking.
Network Access: An active, highly relevant portfolio of corporate contacts, luxury lifestyle brands, and event curators.
Impeccable Presentation: Exceptional polish, emotional intelligence, and diplomatic communication skills. Must be entirely comfortable negotiating with C-suite executives, luxury stakeholders, and high-society patrons.
Aesthetic Intuition: A profound appreciation for art, architecture, and luxury design, ensuring every client interaction mirrors the gallery’s elevated aesthetic.
Agility & Mobility: Flexibility to navigate elite networking circles, high-profile evening galas, and off-site private engagements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Responsibilities:
Prestige Partnership Curation: Identify, court, and secure strategic alliances with premier luxury brands, high-end private clubs, elite concierge services, and top-tier corporate partners.
UHNWI & Elite Client Engagement: Build and sustain meaningful, high-touch relationships with private collectors, luxury event designers, and affluent patrons to drive private gallery buyouts and exclusive previews.
Bespoke Proposal Architecture: Craft and pitch highly customized, visually stunning investment and event proposals tailored to the precise standards of luxury clients and global brands.
Experiential Synergy: Collaborate closely with curators, creative directors, and operations to design seamless, sensory-rich brand activations, private viewings, and VIP events.
Luxury Market Intelligence: Keep an analytical pulse on global luxury trends, fine art market shifts, and high-end consumer behaviors to continuously refine our unique value proposition.
Revenue Excellence: Achieve and exceed aggressive revenue milestones through high-margin corporate collaborations, private gallery bookings, and lifestyle partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
High-Value Alliance Acquisition: Number of prestige brand partnerships and elite corporate accounts secured per quarter.
Experiential Revenue Growth: Total revenue generated through bespoke gallery bookings, exclusive activations, and VIP buyouts.
Client Retention & Lifetime Value: Rate of repeat bookings and long-term retention of tier-one lifestyle partners.
