Sales Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and customer-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.
The role involves assisting clients, promoting company products or services, and contributing to overall sales growth.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
- Support daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any business-related course or program.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and able to build strong client rapport.
- Goal-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on-site, Monday to Saturday.
