Sales Associate

Description - Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
- Assist customers in product selection and provide information on features and benefits.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and store policies.
- Support team in inventory management and visual merchandising tasks.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about sales, has an eye for design, and can effectively assist clients in selecting products that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Promote and sell architectural hardware products to clients, contractors, and designers
- Provide product recommendations based on project requirements and design concepts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in architectural hardware is required for this position.
- Basic knowledge of interior design is essential to support client consultations and product recommendations.
- Candidates must have 6-12 months of sales experience to effectively manage client relationships and achieve targets.
