- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetics trends and treatments
- Educate clients on skincare routines and makeup application
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty
- Achieve sales targets through effective product promotion
- Maintain a clean and organized consultation environment
- High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, adept at cross-selling, persuasive abilities, and capable of product demonstrations.
- Assist clients in beauty consultations, recommend products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fast-paced environment, requiring physical stamina for standing and demonstrations.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic with an eye for aesthetics.
