Preferably with AI and Automation Experience. Primary Responsibilities
- 1. Perform system administration tasks for all HRIS to provide improvements and solutions on issues encountered 2. Manage and implement projects based on the timeline set by program owners 3. Develop change management strategy to increase engagement and improve employee experience 4. Analyze business processes and raise proposals to improve HR’s operational efficiency 5. Provides technical support to HR employees in a timely manner
