The IT Apps Specialist is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across a business.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
Managing ticketed query systems and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolution is kept up to date.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
Identifying and resolving technical issues.
Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
Developing reports for teams across the business
Maintaining company website, corporate emails and syspro accounts.
Maintain syspro contract price.
Other functions and responsibilities:
Assist in uploading inventory balances.
Work with third party suppliers for possible integration and automation in system
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of Accounting Information System, Accountancy, IT, Computer Science, and other related field.
Fresh Graduates are open to apply.
