- We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations and management of our luxury spa services.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry, with proven leadership skills and experience in sales, customer service, and operations.
- This position requires a hands-on manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, especially in a luxury service environment.
- If you have a background in hospitality or business administration, combined with a desire to manage a high-end spa.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or spa management is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry
- Proven managerial experience (at least 2 years in a leadership role)
- Experience in sales, customer service, and operations management
- Background in handling high-end clients or luxury services
- Willing to be trained in San Juan and assigned to Zamboanga
