Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant

Duties and Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize all public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, hallways, stairways, elevators, and offices.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Replenish supplies such as tissue, hand soap, and sanitizers in public restrooms and service areas.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly used, cleaned, and stored after duty.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Follow hotel or company sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
- Support housekeeping operations and assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate .
- With or without experience (experience in hotel, resort, or building housekeeping is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in the proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Attentive to detail and committed to maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks or long hours when needed.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
