We URGENTLY NEED FIELD SALES SPECIALISTS
We are a dynamic and steadily growing wholesale distributor of cement products and other construction materials, specializing in serving the construction, renovation, and infrastructure sectors. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be a key contributor to our success by driving sales growth and representing our brand to customers in Central Luzon area.
As a Field Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting new clients within a designated territory.
- Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their construction needs are met.
- Providing comprehensive product knowledge and support to customers.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiation.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or any related course.
- Atleast 1 year sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry and/or in medical field
- Female with pleasing personality
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cement products and the wholesale distribution process.
- A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Note: We offer a competitive base salary with a generous commission structure
