Qualifications: Onsite – must be amenable to be assigned either JDN or 1Nito Graveyard shift Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in a BPO or shared services environment Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop, maintain, and automate operational and business performance reports.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
- Improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Data Modeling).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Project management and organizational skills.
