Sales Executive

Lintec Philippines (PEZA) Inc.
Performs a wide variety of Sales duty including most of the following:
- Generate Sales based on Target Sales, GP, and Volume Budget.
- Plans Sales calls and visit customers according to Sales schedule.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Attend to and follow-up Sales calls.
- Prepare quotations, samples, & related material documents for customers.
- Follow up on arrival of stock, lead-time, and inform delivery schedule to customers.
- Monitor AR balances, follow up payments and collect cheques whenever necessary.
- Survey/collect markets, competitor’s pricing, and other vital market information
- Recommend and develop new products to active customers.
- Generate new customers.
- Coordinate and plan material forecasts by customers to factories/suppliers.
- First-at-customer site to validate material and/or quality issues raised by customers.
- Resolve product issues with QA staff by completing issued MFR/CPAR on target lead time.
- Clear slow and non-moving stocks.
- Participate and cooperate with related parties during internal and external audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of industry sales experience
