- Identify potential customers: Research the market, look for business leads, and network
- Build relationships: Advise clients, provide customer service, and attend events
- Make sales: Present products, negotiate prices, and close deals
- Follow up: Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Track actions: Keep records of who they've spoken to and what they've sold
- Experience in sales
- Competency in English
- Self-motivation and goal-orientation
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Ability to work well in a team
- Communication: Be able to negotiate, market, and collaborate with others
- Research: Understand the market and competition, and research product trends
- Presentation: Be able to give product demonstrations and create proposals
