Marketing Communications Associate

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to support the company’s digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will help strengthen the company’s online presence, connect with potential clients through various digital platforms, and contribute to campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support company objectives and generate new client opportunities.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media and other online channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Create relevant and engaging content tailored to target customers and market trends.
- Interact with potential clients through social media platforms by responding to inquiries and maintaining active communication.
- Monitor online feedback, customer concerns, and conversations to ensure timely and professional responses.
- Support lead generation efforts by promoting company services, special offers, and market-related updates.
Qualifications
- Open to Fresh Graduates and Senior High School Graduates with strong computer literacy.
- Background or experience in digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
- Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn new marketing strategies and platforms.
- Professional, confident, and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Salary Range: PHP 16,000 – 17,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
