Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate plays a key role in helping Cepat Kredit grow its client base by executing marketing initiatives that turn awareness into real customer acquisition. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy seeing the direct impact of their work —from campaigns launched to clients acquired.
Rather than focusing on years of experience or rigid qualifications, this role is about what you will deliver, learn, and grow into .
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Drive Client Acquisition
- You will support and execute marketing initiatives—both online and offline—that generate leads and convert them into new clients. Your work will directly support sales targets and business growth.
Execute High-Impact Campaigns
- You will help roll out marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities that increase brand visibility and attract new customers across different channels.
Work Closely With Sales
- You will collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with client acquisition goals and on-ground realities.
Track Results and Learn From Data
- You will monitor campaign performance, help prepare reports, and use insights to improve future initiatives. Over time, you’ll learn how data turns into smarter marketing decisions.
Support Field and Market Activities
- You will participate in field marketing, events, and on-ground acquisition activities, helping bring campaigns closer to real customers and communities.
Build Strong Marketing Foundations
- You will assist in maintaining marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting research on market trends and competitors.
