Sales and Business Development
- Conduct daily prospecting through calls, email, social media, referrals, networking, and approved digital channels.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of corporate, school, travel trade, and institutional accounts.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, budget, group size, timing, and event requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for corporate packages, team-building programs, group visits, and premium buyout opportunities.
- Prepare accurate account plans, proposals, quotations, and follow-up schedules.§ Negotiate within approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Maintain complete and current records of all sales activities, opportunities, contacts, andfollow-ups in the CRM system.
Marketing and Lead Generation
- Execute account-based marketing plans for assigned corporate accounts and market segments.
- Conduct local market mapping to identify new companies, business parks, associations, travel agencies, schools, and event organizers.
- Generate referrals and introductions through existing clients, partners, suppliers, and professional networks.
- Ensure that all client-facing materials and communications follow approved brand, pricing,and promotional guidelines.
Account Management and Cross-Selling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
- Develop account-growth plans to increase booking frequency, group size, and total account value.
