- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- Preferably with experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and sales-related documents.
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate with internal departments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and filing systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
