Description
Whisperwalk Interior, Inc. is a small construction and interior design company. We are hiring office staff to assist with day-to-day operations. This role is suited for someone who can handle a mix of administrative, sales support, and basic marketing tasks.
As a small business, our team members often take on multiple responsibilities. Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are important for this role.
- Track project progress and update internal records
- Assist in preparing quotations for clients
- Communicate with suppliers and contractors
- Organize and monitor budget-related files
- Manage the company’s Facebook page (posting updates to clients, replying to inquiry messages, posting successful finished projects in the page)
- Greet walk-in clients and answer phone and social media inquiries
- May perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time (e.g., file segregation, employee supervision, helping with the design of marketing publications)
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of office or admin experience
- Can multitask and stay organized
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Docs/Sheets
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Can work independently and follow instructions
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a bonus but not strictly required
Schedule
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
