We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to manage various administrative tasks and support project management efforts.
- Manage administrative tasks and support project management.
- Coordinate technical activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Office Administration, Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, project management or technical coordination roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with basic construction or installation project workflows is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy and professional in handling confidential information.
