Sales Assistant

- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with monitoring and updating cash flow records and transactions.
- Support daily bank transactions, check processing, and deposit transactions.
- Track expenses and prepare basic financial summaries as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments and business units or other external partners (e.g banks, suppliers)
- Ensure timely submission of reports, approvals and documents.
- Ensure sensitive financial documents are handled securely and confidentially.
- Adhere to company policies and financial protocols
- Delivers tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of Marketing, business administration or any related course.
- At least two (2) year work experience as Sales Admin Assistant.
- Good at interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent in multi-tasking skills.
- A team player and with high level of dedication.
- With understanding of sales and collections performance metrics.
- Good communication skills in writing and oral.
- Willing to work at night shift or wet market operational time.
- Can work even longer hours or during holidays and weekends.
Willing to work at Cubao, Quezon City. CAN START ASAP
