This company is a start-up in the Philippines, serving as the local entity of one of the largest electricity producers in Japan, in partnership with the Philippines’ leading provider of geothermal energy.
Position: Finance and Accounting Manager (Start-Up Department)
Industry: Renewable Energy
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (Dayshift)
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary: Up to Php 90,000

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 5 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting
- Strong knowledge of PH accounting, tax, and finance rules and regulations
- Willing to work in a start-up company with 4 Japanese male employees and 3 Filipino employees
- Experience working in a Japanese company is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Japanese President
- Handle all accounting, taxation, finance-related matters, payroll, and government-mandated remittances
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations are timely and accurate
- Perform other assigned tasks related to daily administrative accounting matters
